Velocity Blast is an exercise class which incorporates interval training with bodyweight exercises.
It consists of one minute intervals of high intensity training, sandwiched between 30 second breaks of active recovery, where you will focus on balance, stretch work or body weight muscle strength endurance.
Velocity Blast is suitable for all fitness levels as you are encouraged to work to your own level: easier options are provided throughout.
No equipment is used except for a mat for the floor work. Mats are provided but you are free to bring your own mat if you wish.
Please ensure that you are wearing appropriate footwear, i.e. trainers or running shoes.
Class duration 1 hour.
The class has limited numbers due to social distancing guidelines.
