Today's run

My target was to run 13 miles today. I smashed it and ran 13 1/2. I will be doing that again later in the week.
I plan to continue with two 13 1/2 mile runs for the next three weeks and then I will increase the distance of one and reduce the distance of the other. Eventually I plan to be running 20 miles for one run and 6 for the other. Hopefully by then I will be ready for the Marathon.
