Taking precautions

From now on I will be wiping down all the equipment that is handled by class participants and PT Clients with anti bacterial wipes before each session begins. I will also be requesting all class participants and PT clients to wash their hands before each session (myself incuded). At the end if each session in addition to the usual wiping down of mats we will be wiping down all equipment that had been handled. Please may I have your assistance with this.

I would also like to respectfully ask that if you are feeling unwell if you would mind not attending the class or PT session.
