Exceeded my target.

This morning when I went out for my run I hoping I might achieve 19 miles.


When I completed my run I checked my fitness tracker which records distance I discovered that I had achieved 22.95 miles!


Now I'm lying in front of the telly and I can hardly move. I gave paperwork to do and emails to send but that can wait for now.
